Info: A Yami MarikxOC story. My story makes Yami Marik a bit AU cause I change who he really is. Instead of being just Marik’s evil side he’s actually Marik’s past life in my story. In ancient Egypt he was known as the king thief Malik and had kidnapped a young girl from the palace who is in fact the daughter of the pharaoh Atem himself. Merissa was all Atem had left of his wife who died during child birth, then Merissa gets kidnapped by Malik when she’s 16 and while being held as a prisoner the two fall in love. However, by law their love wasn't allowed. Things happen and the two end up time traveling to the future losing all their memories of everything.
